Recognition of High School Diplomas

Instructions:

The applicant submits his application file to MAS.

• The application file must contain the following documents:

a) Application form for equivalence.

b) Photocopy of the identification document.

c) High school diploma (translated and notarized).

d) Original transcripts of all years of high school (translated and notarized).

e) The document certifying the passing of exams equivalent to the State Matura in Albania. (certificate for panel – Greece, certificate – Italy, certificate of points achieved – Kosovo, etc.). In this document, the results for each subject given in the national exam have been reflected.

f) Proof of knowledge of the Albanian language, issued by the University of Tirana.

g) Notarized copy of residence permit (for foreigners).

• After logging, the file is deposited with the sector.
• The department contacts the applicant when it notices that the file is incomplete.
• Upon receiving the necessary information, the sector passes the file for consideration.
• A special commission, set up by order of the Minister, carries out the procedures for the equivalence of the diplomas of higher secondary education of students who came from abroad.

The applicant does not pay any kind of fee.
