N\u00eb vijim t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj analize, GNPIE-ja p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse harton &#8220;Planin e Veprimit t\u00eb Kapitullit&#8221;, pra p\u00ebrgatisin Q\u00ebndrimet Paraprake dhe Q\u00ebndrimet P\u00ebrfundimtare p\u00ebr kapitullin p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb diskutime apo renditjen e pal\u00ebve gjat\u00eb negociatave p\u00ebr at\u00eb kapitull. Gjithashtu, n\u00eb hartimin e planeve t\u00eb veprimit, grupet nd\u00ebrinstitucionale t\u00eb pun\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb sigurojn\u00eb p\u00ebrputhshm\u00ebrin\u00eb mes planeve t\u00eb pun\u00ebs dhe dokumenteve strategjik\u00eb t\u00eb hartuar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Urdhri i Kryeministrit Nr 113, dat\u00eb 30.08.2019 \u201cP\u00ebr format e pjes\u00ebmarrjes, funksionimin dhe struktur\u00ebn institucionale t\u00eb platform\u00ebs s\u00eb partneritetit p\u00ebr integrimin Evropian\u201d. <\/strong>(<i><a href=\"http:\/\/51.68.177.34\/jashtme\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Urdhri-i-Kryeministrit-nr.113-date-30.08.2019.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kliko k\u00ebtu<\/a><\/i>)<\/p>\n<p>Platforma e krijuar prej urdhrit ka funksion k\u00ebshillimor\/konsultues p\u00ebr strukturat shtet\u00ebrore q\u00eb menaxhojn\u00eb procesin e integrimit evropian, duke synuar t\u00eb sjell\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb organizuar opinionet e q\u00ebndrimet e aktor\u00ebve m\u00eb aktiv\u00eb t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare ndaj procesit.
