Megi Fino – Deputy Minister in the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs

Megi Fino was born in Ioannina on April 7, 1993. She completed her pre-university studies in the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma program in Beijing in 2012.

He then studied law at the City, University of London in Great Britain, from which he also holds a Master’s degree (LLM) in Public International Law and subsequently a Professional Master’s Degree in Legal Practice (LPC). In 2015, he graduated in Chinese (Mandarin) from SOAS University of London.

Ms. Fino was engaged as a legal advisor for immigration issues in international studios during university and post-graduate studies, as well as in centers for free legal services, with social assistance orientation.

From 2018, she worked as a lawyer in the law firm CMS Adonnino Ascoli & Cavasola Scamoni in Tirana, and then as a regulatory expert in the legal and external relations department of Vodafone Albania.

In 2021, Mrs. Fino designed the Integrity Index, part of the STAR 3 project on local government reform, while serving as integrity advisor to the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).

She is fluent in English and Spanish, as well as fluent in Chinese, Italian and Greek.

Megi Fino serves as Deputy Minister in the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs since June 2021.
