The ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs welcomes the adoption of three laws on the transformation of Kosovo Security Force. Today’s adoption of these three laws in the Parliament of Kosovo comes as result of the contribution, for many years, of all political parties and people of Kosovo based on their legitimate right as a sovereign and independent state.

Albania supports the commitment of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo on the gradual and all-inclusive implementation of this transforming process of the Security Force, in cooperation with NATO allies. Kosovo Army will serve to all citizens of Kosovo with the purpose of keeping peace and stability in the country and strengthening the security in the region.
