Via a Facebook post, Chief Diplomat Cakaj has indicated that Kosovo and Albania have already signed an agreement to start work on setting up an inter-state fund to support Albanians in Montenegro.

The acting Minister Cakaj states in the post that this is not just a concrete action, which proves deep cooperation in the field of foreign policy, but we are also taking responsibility for greater support and increased care for Albanians in the region.
