In support of Albanians in the region, especially Albanians living in Montenegro and the Presevo Valley, the Albanian government has decided to allocate financial assistance to several projects, according to the requests of the Albanian National Councils.

The news was announced by Chief Diplomat Cakaj via a Facebook post.

More specifically, Cakaj said that they will support learning projects of the Albanian language for students in Bar, awareness campaign for the declaration of national identity in the 2021 census process in Montenegro, free legal aid project against the process of passivizing of Albanian addresses will be supported and some proposals from the civil society of the Presevo Valley.  According to the acting Minister Cakaj, this support will serve to revitalize the work of the Albanian National Councils.
