The Acting Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Gent Cakaj, had a phone call today with the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Adel bin Ahmed Al- Jubeir.

During the conversation, Cakaj and Al-Juberi evaluated the need to work together more intensely in encouraging investments, as well as some concrete projects in the field of infrastructure and economy.

“The importance of continuing the good work in a range of international organizations was also emphasized”- expressed Cakaj in a Facebook post, related to the phone call.

Chief Diplomat also appreciated the support of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, for Albania’s bid for a non-permanent member seat on the Security Council for 2022-2023.
