During his visit in Presevo, the acting Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Gent Cakaj, held a meeting with the Head of Commune of Presevo, Shqipërim Arifi.

In a Facebook posting, Chief Diplomat Cakaj said that among other things, part of the discussion during the meeting were some concrete joint plans which will serve to the political strengthening of the Albanian factor and economic and cultural development of the city.

“Of course, we met many honourable citizens of Presevo and visited various centers of special importance for the long-term development of the city.” – said the acting Minister Cakaj in the post.

Also, together with the Head of Commune of Presevo, the acting Minister Cakaj observed some of the major projects that will contribute in changing and improving the overall situation in Presevo.

“It’s not easy and there’s still a lot of work to be done. However, through joint work and coordinated stances, we will do our best for Presevo, the Albanians and the Valley in general.” – Cakaj assured at the end of his post.
