The Acting Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Gent Cakaj, in a Facebook post informed that today he had a number of calls with institutional representatives in Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro and Presevo Valley. Phone calls focused on the measures undertaken in the fight against the pandemic and to emphasize the need for intensive cooperation during these days, until the complete curbing of COVID-19, to the health benefit of all Albanians.

Cakaj had calls with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kosovo, Mr. Glauk Konjufca, Deputy Prime Minister of North Macedonia, Mr. Bujar Osmani, the Mayor of Tuz, Mr. Nik Gjeloshaj and Deputy Speaker of Parliament of Montenegro, Mr. Genc Nimanbegu, also with the Mayor of Bujanovac, Mr. Shaip Kamberi, the Mayor of Presevo, Mr. Shqiprim Arifi and the Chairman of the National Albanian Council, Mr. Ragmi Mustafa.

“Even though we are all challenged by this war, together we will make it without doubt! Certainly, we will continue the institutional communication, for us to be close to each other and to coordinate our actions as needed.”- concluded his post Cakaj.
