Maklen Misha – Cabinet Director

Holds the position of Director of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications since December 2021.

Before being appointed to this position, he served as an Advisor in the Cabinet of the Ministry of Interior, but also in that of the Ministry of Defense, the Deputy Prime Minister and the Mayor of Tirana.

He has had a commitment of several years in civil society, where he served as the Executive Director of the Albanian Institute for International Studies and the Empowerment Project Foundation. In addition to these commitments, he has collaborated closely over the years as a freelance consultant with a number of civil society organizations and has contributed with a number of translations in the field of literature, sociology and political science.

Maklen Misha has completed his studies in History of International Relations at the University of Utrecht.
