Information On The Procedures For Delisting From The Sanctions Lists

Pursuant to Article 25 point 4/1 of Law No. 157/2013 “On measures against the financing of terrorism” as amended, as well as Law No. 72/2019 “On international coercive measures in the Republic of Albania, we inform you that the procedures for sending requests for removal from the list from the subjects/persons listed pursuant to the provisions of this law, addressed to the relevant structures of the United Nations Security Council, can be found at the address of UN website, as follows: https://www.un.org/securitycouncil/sanctions/delisting/delisting-requests
