Acting Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Gent Cakaj is in Zadar, Croatia, to attend a tripartite meeting among Albania, Croatia and Montenegro.

Such platform is intended to help further pursue cooperation among the three countries in the fields of interest encompassing development and defence of the joint strategic goals.

Discussions centred around the importance of further pursuing cooperation in infrastructure, energy, and tourism.

Additionally, in a Facebook post, the Head of Albanian diplomacy Cakaj noted that they also agreed on increased joint commitments conducive to European integration, and in the framework of NATO.

Furthermore, in his Facebook profile, Acting Minister Cakaj informed that the parties agreed to convene a tripartite meeting among Albania, Kosovo, and Croatia in the first half of the next year.
