Acting Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Gent Cakaj announced in a Facebook post that, today, the Agreement on the Development of the Joint Electoral List of the Albanian Political Subjects in the Parliamentary Elections in the Republic of Serbia, signed by the Party for Democratic Action, Alternative for Change, Reform Movement in the Albanian Democratic Party and Democratic Progress Movement, was signed by the Democratic Party as well.

The Head of Albanian diplomacy Cakaj received in the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs the head of the Democratic Party of the Presheva Valley Mr. Nagip Arifi, who, at the end of the meeting also signed the Agreement.

‘In the course of the meeting, we once again underlined the paramount importance of the political unity and inter-party cooperation in defence of the national interests and development policies overall!’ Cakaj stated in his Facebook post with reference to the said meeting.
