Today, the Acting Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Gent Cakaj, had a meeting with the Mayor of Bujanovac, Nagip Arifi.

During the meeting discussions focused on issues that require joint commitment, related to the support of the Albanian factor in the Presevo Valley.

With regard to the meeting, via a Facebook post, Cakaj expressed his gratitude for the work done so far and also his full support for the Albanian majority coalition in Bujanovac.

“The work of the United Valley Coalition is of paramount importance to all Albanians in the Presevo Valley.” – stressed Cakaj.

The interlocutors also shared the same concern regarding the act of passivizing the Albanian addresses throughout the Presevo Valley, especially in Medvedja.

“Despite the challenges, we will work tirelessly to uplift the Albanian factor in the Presevo Valley.” – expressed his commitment Cakaj at the end of his post.
