Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Olta Xhaçka, has held a virtual meeting with the heads of missions of the EU member states to Albania.

Minister Xhaçka and the ambassadors exchanged views regarding this crucial year for Albania’s integration in the EU, calling 2021 a crucial year for Albania.

In a conversation with international diplomats, the Albanian chief diplomat stated that the future of the Western Balkans is in the EU, emphasizing that Albania has already met all the conditions.

Minister Xhaçka emphasized the close cooperation with the EU representatives to Albania to decide as soon as possible on the negotiating framework and the First Intergovernmental Conference between Albania-EU.
