The Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Olta Xhaçka, and the US Ambassador, Yuri Kim, have inaugurated the residence of the US Ambassador named “Ryerson House”, in honor of the first US Ambassador to Tirana, William Ryerson.

At the reception organized on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the opening of the first American embassy in Tirana, Minister Xhaçka expressed gratitude for the support that the United States has shown in every significant moment in the history of our country.

Xhaçka emphasized that Albania today is proud to be a serious and worthy ally of the United States, as one of the irreplaceable strategic partner.

“We are grateful for the support of the United States of America in every vital moment of our history. “Albania is proud that today it is a serious and worthy ally, alongside this irreplaceable strategic partner with whom we are united by the endless human values ​​and connections between our peoples”, said Minister Xhaçka in her statement.
