The Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Olta Xhaçka, had a phone conversation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Israel, Yair Lapid.

Minister Xhaçka expressed the willingness to working together with the Israeli side, as Albania prepares to take its seat in the Security Council for 2022-2023 and to advance cooperation in all fields.

“Glad for the opportunity to discuss our cooperation. We value our relation with Israel and the Jewish people and we look forward to enhancing cooperation to our mutual benefit,” the minister wrote on social media.
