The Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Olta Xhaçka, met with the US Ambassador, Yuri Kim, the EU Ambassador Luigi Soreca and the Ambassador of Ukraine to Albania, Volodymyr Shkurov.

The meeting was focused on the situation in Ukraine, as well as possible scenarios for cooperation.

” In complete agreement on need to support Ukraine and hold Russia to account. We stand in full solidarity with Ukraine”, said Minister Xhaçka on Twitter.

A day before the meeting, Minister Xhaçka presented the sanctions of the Albanian government for Russia, which are in line with those of the European Union.
