The Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Olta Xhaçka, held a meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba in Berlin. Minister Xhaçka and Minister Kuleba shared the view that Ukraine and the Western Balkans deserve a clear European perspective.

“This is the moment. Both the Western Balkans and Ukraine deserve a clear European perspective. ” Albania will continue to maintain its position towards Ukraine, in favor of isolating Russia and stopping the war,” said the Albanian chief diplomat.

According to her, Albania will continue to stand with Ukraine, in the OSCE, the European Union, NATO, the UN Security Council and all other international forums to protect the European security architecture and international order.

The Xhaçka – Kuleba meeting was held a few minutes before the working dinner of the Foreign Ministers of NATO countries, starting today in Berlin.

On Sunday, after the meeting, Minister Xhaçka will travel to Brussels to attend the meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the EU and Western Balkans at the invitation of the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs, Josep Borrell.
