The commission of experts of the Republic of Albania and the Republic of Greece held their first meeting on social security issues.

The start of talks at the expert level is a very positive step in strengthening inter-institutional cooperation and a good omen for reaching an agreement in the field of pensions, which would materialize the principle of social protection for every citizen who has actively contributed to the economies of both countries.

The technical discussions and the exchange of information related to the social security systems of both countries open the beginning of a series of meetings aimed at strengthening cooperation in the field of insurance.

The technical discussions between the delegations, the exchange of knowledge, and the analysis of the problems will continue at the next meeting in Tirana.
