Enio Civici

Enio Civici – Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development

Mr. Enio Civici was born in Tirana, on March 17, 1987.

He studied Economics and International Markets, as well as graduated with a master’s degree in Corporate Governance.

From October 2021 onwards, he is the Deputy Minister responsible for the field of agritourism and rural development in the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

Mr. Civici has a long career in managing the information department in the only economic media group in Albania. He cooperated with international financial organizations, as well as worked for the establishment and operation of the first stock exchange with Albanian capital. He has also been active in advocating good governance practices and youth engagement for environmental protection and sustainable production.

Mr. Civici has conducted a series of trainings both inside and outside the country in the field of economics, economic journalism and development policies. In the USA, he completed the training for Economics and journalism in the leadership program at the Department of State.

He is married and the father of a daughter.
