Orkida Jica – Advisor

Ms. Orkida Jica was born on 21.02.1988. She is a lawyer with 12 years of experience in various fields of law. During her career, she has worked in the private sector and state institutions, she has also been continuously trained in various fields, gaining a prominent experience in terms of analyzing and dealing with laws and institutional rules.

Ms. Jica completed her higher studies at the University of Tirana, Faculty of Law, Integrated Second Level Diploma (Master of Science) in 2010 and also holds the title of Lawyer since 2012. She is fluent in two foreign languages, English and Italian. .

Since finishing her studies, she has been engaged in tasks related to handling property, pursuing court cases mainly in the field of civil and administrative law, and also as a legal advisor in the private sector. Her experience as a legal advisor in the private sector has been in the field of drafting and monitoring contracts and agreements with Albanian and foreign parties as well as national and international legal basis.

During the time in which she has developed her career, she has also participated in trainings conducted by institutions inside and outside the country on election processes, reasoning and argumentation of court decisions, on mediation, management of IPA fund Projects, on security challenges cyber security, obtaining and using electronic evidence, on the protection of personal data, legal equality, the punishability of environmental crime, the administration of commercial companies, the Labor Code, the rights and obligations of the employer-employee, the legal storage of archive-protocol documentation, auditing legal, the drafting, signing and implementation of legal contracts, tax procedures in the Republic of Albania, legal improvements in public procurement, the basic principles of the legal profession in the European Union, etc.

In the position of Advisor to the Minister for legal issues on land administration, Mrs. Jica comes after the commitment he had in the Internal Audit sector of the Agency for Agricultural and Rural Development.

She is a devoted mother of a 10-year-old son.
