AKDC aims to:

The promotion, development and control of tobacco production in the country by farmers, the activity of industrial processing and trading of tobacco and its products in the Republic of Albania, as well as the protection of the health of consumers through the quality assessment of tobacco products and the preservation of brand from falsity.

Law No. 8691, dated 16.11.2000 “ON THE PRODUCTION AND TRADE OF TOBACCO AND CIGARETTES”,

VKM No. 224 date 13 4 2001 “ON THE ORGANIZATION AND FUNCTIONING OF THE NATIONAL TOBACCO-CIGARETTE AGENCY”.
