Eni Diçi – Cabinet Director

He graduated in Bachelor and Master of Science, Law branch, at the Faculty of Law at the University of Tirana.

He has a work experience since 2015 as an Inspector at the Civil Aviation Authority, continuing in leadership positions in the field of Human Resources, at the Agency for Agricultural and Rural Development, from August 2019 to September 2021.

From September 2021 and currently holds the position of Director of the Cabinet of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.

He has conducted trainings within the country that are directly related to the profession and the field of studies or trainings in support of them, which he has certified.
He owns the English language.
