GVV DATEBASE (THEIR REGISTRATION WITH DATA OF EACH GVV)

The register of GVVs is created and maintained at the ministry, according to the model approved by order of the minister.

The register will identify GVVs for each area, providing data on:

a) the “LEADER” area where the GVV operates;
b) the structure of the GVV;
c) the statute and act of establishment of GVV;
ç) the internal regulation of the GVV;
d) annual activities of GVV;
dh) audit and reporting to GVV;
e) authorization;
ë) the authorization cancellation order

Each GVV has a unique number and the data is kept separate for each of them.

The register contains the documentation, facts and information required in articles 15 and 16 of Law 36/2022 “On the organization and operation of GVVs” (click here) as well as voluntarily submitted data.

The data are updated according to the documentation presented by the GVV or administered by the public registers, within 10 working days from the date of the request or when the update is made within 2 working days from the administration of the document.
