Application – is made in the agriculture offices of the relevant district/district. After completing the “Application File”, the applicant appears at the offices of the “Commission for Acceptance and Evaluation of Applications” of the relevant county/district, who check the file and enter the application data into the system. Acceptance and Evaluation Commissions consist of 3 members, 2 of which are representatives of DB and 1 representative of AZHBR.

1. Evaluation of applications – done automatically by the program by entering application data in the presence of the applicant. The evaluation of the application is done with a point system based on the criteria defined in the instructions.

2. Administrative control – done by the Directorate of Selection and Selection of Applications, AZHBR center.

3. On-site verification – Based on the ranking of applications in the district evaluation lists and in accordance with available funds, AZHBR organizes on-site verification of applications that are on the funding visa. The verification is done through the verification groups, which are composed of two inspectors of AZHBR and 1 special DB of the relevant district.

4. Authorization of payments – is made by the Directorate of Authorization of Payments – AZHBR, for projects carried out on the ground in accordance with the conditions of profitability.

5. Payment execution – is carried out by AZHBR, through the Directorate of Payment Execution, AZHBR center.
