Improving the legal framework in the field of sports, creating conditions for improving infrastructure, financing sports projects in support of quality sports.

Supporting projects related to the management and modernization of sports infrastructure and controls the effectiveness of their use.

The organization of consultations, debates and confrontations about the problems that are included in the mission of sports and that come to the aid of perfecting the organization of sports operation in our country.

Supporting the sports quality in Albanian sports by creating financial facilities for their participation mainly in important international activities, taking into account the level of positive impact of that activity for the further increase of their sports quality, confrontation with the international sports levels as well as opportunities to present their level and efforts for years in the respective sports.

Follow-up and supervision of the implementation of the legislation in force in sports institutions that are directly related to sports quality (sports federations); the implementation of national sports calendars of sports federations and makes evidence of the values they manifest as well as organizes consultations and debates related to sports quality and on their basis encourages and tries to generalize the best thoughts and experiences.
