GRADUA PROJECT

The goal of the GRADUA project is to create concrete synergies between the University and the labor market by providing a unified instrument available to both beneficiaries for evaluating graduates and educational system performances and providing innovative recruitment tools. This unified tool consists of an innovative IT platform, which will track graduates and their employability in support of policy-making and higher education reform. The platform is different in relation to existing experiences (databases / job brokers): it is an integrated and certified demand/offer matching model based on the online DB of Albanian graduates, easily “reproducible” in new universities

Through the GRADUA project will be achieved:

1. Improving the capacities of Albanian universities by transferring the best practices of the EU in the monitoring and employability of graduates.
2. Strengthening of Albanian universities in accordance with the ongoing reform of the Albanian higher education system.
3. Connections between universities and enterprises are strengthened by increasing cooperation between universities at the local level.
4. Ensuring an open market for qualified human capital in Albania.
5. Improving the quality of the higher education system in Albania according to international standards.
