Eva Bica

Eva Bica – Cabinet Director

She holds the title of “Master of Science” in Law, obtained at the University of Turin. In the same university Mrs. Bica completed his studies in Administrative Law and International Organizations in 2006.

Since 2013, she holds the title of Lawyer, a profession she practiced in her law firm.

Also, Mrs. Bica has successfully attended several trainings related to human rights and gender equality.

Mrs. Bica is well versed in local government legislation. For 7 years he held the position of General Secretary in the Elbasan District Prefecture and before that he was part of the Elbasan Municipality administration as the general director of the projects, assets and procurements department.

From 2019 Mrs. Bica is part of the Municipal Council of Elbasan, a member of the group of advisers of the Socialist Party.

Since October 2020, she holds the position of Director of the Cabinet of the Minister of Education and Sports.
